Hartleys - Blackcurrant Jelly (UK)
Hartley's Blackcurrant Jelly is easy to make. Seperate into cubes and place into a jug or bowl, add 1/2 pint of boiling water and stir till dissolved. Then add 1/2 pint of cold water, stir it, pour into a mould/serving dish, let it set in the fridge and it's ready to eat!
